Instructions for deleting your idaWorks account
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your idaWorks account, contact our support team at admin@idaworks.co.nz using your registered email address.
Processing Time: We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Removed
When your account is deleted, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your authentication credentials
- Your personal name
- Your contact information
- Your application access permissions
What Remains
For compliance, traceability, and business continuity purposes, some information may be retained:
- Your email address may persist in system logs and activity records
- Content created within organizational workspaces (checklists, inspections, photographs) remains under organizational ownership
This ensures that audit trails and compliance documentation remain intact for organizational record-keeping.
Complete Data Removal
For complete removal of all your information, including audit documentation and organizational content you created, please contact your organization's administrator. They can submit a comprehensive data purge request on your behalf.
